In Portugal the Constitutional
Commission has passed a bill with amendments to the Golden Visa
program. In its revised form the program will allow applicants to
invest in property and refurbish it or invest in scientific activities or
cultural and artistic production (all with a lower threshold of €
350,000). The bill has yet to be passed by Parliament.
