SEMINAR IN KUALA LUMPUR ON REAL ESTATE IN SPAIN & PORTUGAL

NOVIDADES NO IRC ESPANHOL (III)

Duas importantes novidades na reforma do IRC espanhol dizem respeito ao limite à dedução por ofertas a clientes ou fornecedores e à dedução da retribuição dos administradores/ gerentes.

1.- Limite à dedução por ofertas a clientes ou fornecedores

A partir do exercício fiscal do ano 2015 será aplicado um limite à dedução por ofertas a clientes ou fornecedores. Nesse sentido, o limite máximo do gasto fiscal será 1% do montante líquido do volume de negócios no respectivo ano fiscal.

2.- Dedução da retribuição de administradores/ gerentes

A partir do exercício fiscal do ano 2015 será possível deduzir as remunerações pagas aos administradores/ gerentes pela realização de funções de "alta dirección", bem como por outras funções derivadas de um contrato laboral com a sociedade. Estas remunerações não se considerarão, portanto, donativos ou liberalidades.
